Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item
1. Please note that a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required for all returns. In order to obtain this authorization, you need to contact our customer care department at 717-738-3333 or email info@laser-lab.com.

2. Mail or ship your return item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt along with a sample page if applicable.

4. Your purchase must be returned in saleable condition with the original packaging, including Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals, parts, and your receipt or packing slip.

Technology and Business Machines
OEM Technology and business machines may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Laser Lab's refurbished brand technology and business machine products are backed by our full 90 day warranty.

Unopened and Unexpired Products

Any unopened and unexpired office supply/ink/toner/software currently carried in our U.S. Stores, may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Items returned after 30 days and within one year are subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping and handling charges. Products not returned within one year from date of purchase are considered expired and non-refundable.

Defective Products

• Remanufactured Ink and Toner Cartridges: Laser Lab, Inc. warrants its remanufactured cartridges to be free of defects in both material and workmanship. Laser Lab, Inc. will credit the customer for the unused portion of any of its cartridges found to be defective. This warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you are experiencing trouble, we do ask that you call our customer service experts at 717-738-3333 and we will provide you with technical support. Every effort will be made to resolve your issue over the phone during our normal business hours. In the event we are unable to resolve your issue an RMA will be given.

• OEM Ink and Toner Cartridges
OEM products that are found to be defective may be returned within 30 days of purchase for full refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. All credit requests will be completed within one to two billing periods, but please note that it may take your credit card bank up to 30 days to apply your credit.

• Software: Opened software found to be defective can only be exchanged for the same title version within 30 days of purchase.

Restocking Fee

Non-defective items, excluding non-stock/special order items, returned after 30 days are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee and will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping and handling charges.

Return Exceptions

Opened non-returnable items include software, parts, and video games. Downloadable software is non-refundable.

Merchandise that has been altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Ink and toner cartridges which have been deemed unusable, have their "seal" removed, or an electronic chip reset which could render them unusable, will not be returnable. These opened items are subject to inspection and testing before a refund amount is determined.

Non stock/special order items are non-refundable after 30 days.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround

Local delivery orders will be delivered on your normal delivery day. All orders received outside our normal delivery area will be shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm unless on backorder. You will be notified when an item is on backorder.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

• USPS
• UPS
• FedEx

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information upon request. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

A $6 handling fee will be placed on all drop ship orders and orders outside our local delivery area.

Back Orders

If an item is on back order; we will ship the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for any additional shipments.

Privacy Policy

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

What Information Do We Collect?

We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes:

• Shipping Address
• Email Address
• Credit Card Information


How Is My Information Used?

Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.

Order data information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server.

Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.
