PrintWeb™
Imagine if printers could talk. Well now they can! Our free software monitors your entire fleet of printers. It tracks toner and maintenance kit levels, error messages and more. There is no need to keep excessive inventory, you are alerted by email when it is time to replace your toner. Downtime is kept to a minimum because you are alerted when your printer needs service.

Maintenance & Repair Services
at Your Location or Ours

If our Total Care isn't a good fit for your business, we also offer Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs. You can choose to have your printers cleaned and inspected once or twice a year, depending upon your level of printing. Service calls are free in between cleanings when you purchase your toner from Laser Lab, you only pay for parts. If you are not purchasing your toner supplies from us you will receive a reduced labor rate. Our PM customers receive a high priority response time: four hour response for emergencies, and free phone support from our local technicians. PrintWeb is also included free of charge for businesses on our Preventive Maintenance agreement.

Regular scheduled maintenance and cleaning helps ensure peak performance of your equipment and minimizes repair interruptions at critical times.

When our technicians service your printers they will do the following: vacuum loose toner, dust and debris, inspect the fuser assembly, clean the rollers, lubricate and adjust parts as needed, clean along all areas of the paper path, clean the filters, and change any worn parts that need replaced.

Service

Even if you are not a regular Laser Lab customer, we are committed to repair and service your printers. Our technicians are available to come to your site and you are also welcome to bring your machine to our Ephrata location. All in house repairs receive a discount on labor rates, and if you are purchasing your toner supplies from us you also receive a discount.
